I bought a Q380A+, it came up with a manual but it is in Chinese. I also tried to activate the internet, mms/gprs settings but Globe and Smart says that those feature of this model/unit is not supported by their network. Also, I cannot find a volume control on it’s fm (radio) feature. Can anyone help me with those problems? In general I am satisfied with the performance of this model.

Does anybody own a CECT P168C, i want to know if it’s good.
I have the CECT i68+ in the USA on the t-moblie network and it works fine. The only problem with the phone is that i couldn’t find any games for it that will work. It’s also not set up for internet for the USA networks. There are instructions in E-Bay but i don’t know how good it is.

HELP! I live in Australi and am using a 8gb mini dual sim card phone. It has been working fine but I was playing around with it this morning and now it will not let me make outgoing calls. It keeps saying “Check operator service” however I am still able to recieve incoming calls and messages. What have I done!?

I purchase a cect I9 phone for my granddaughter and recently her sister sat on it while charging. The phone worked until the batteries died and now the phone is dead. A new charger and cable where purchased through AT&T but the phone/batteries will not charge. Where can I send the phone to be repaired.

I’m using a Cect i9 Phone. Now I have no access since my touch screen is not responding. All buttons are still responding and I have no problem receiving calls & SMSes but due to the touch screen not being able to respond, I can’t get into my main menu. I am in Singapore, where can I go to have my phone checked for fault and fixed?

Buyer beware! I purchased a new CECT A008. I was able to speak through the receiver in the phone when I first setup the phone. After plugging in the headset to listen to FM radio, I could no longer converse with anyone using the phone’s receiver. The headset had to be plugged in to be able to talk to anyone. I could not find any settings to change the default of talking on the phone from using the headset to using the built-in phone receiver.

All works fine but when my wife put in speed dial numbers, there is no way to make them work! we tried holding down the number and using star and number sign plus number but nothing works. is thre some secret password for this? Do we have to wave it under a full moon?

I’ve one CECT N528 mobile. From 20 november, 2008 to 15 june, 2009 it was ok but suddenly it has switched off day after mentioned above date. No problem it is now ok after repairing. My question is, if mentioned on this mobile that it is a GPRS & Tv mobile. So why i can’t access the internet & wap and also can’t watch the Tv. Please give me the proper solubuion. My CECT T689, (software required) keeps restarting on and off constantly when i insert my sim card. When the sim card is not inserted it works fine. By restarting, the monitor turns on then i can use the phone for 3 seconds, then off again. This process repeats.
It is just funny how many fools there are in the world. These chinese POS’s are not worth of even having a discussion. But it is funny reading, people in desperate need of help. Come on! No manuals, no warranty, no nothing.
$100 you can buy a functional phone today with warranty and manuals. Don’t buy this crap…

i’ve recently purchased an E98, and i am having great difficulty using WAP, GPRS, or any other function related to the internet and MMS. The settings within the phone do not seem to be complete, and i am unable to locate them. cmnet and cmwap are both preset modes within the phone, however many of the details are missing and the phone is unable to connect to WAP, GPRS, etc. please help.

I had bought CECT-V1000 advertised to be dual CDMA+GSM with Java and WiFi. Tried it in vain with GSM (T-Mobile, AT&T) and CDMA (Verizon, Sprint, Cricket). Phone never registered onto network for GSM while trials were impossible for CDMA as only IMEI is provided but no ESN. WiFi was working only with not secured networks.
I had sent it back to Customer Service but when it came back no improvement was seen but the connection to Internet was no more available via WiFi as phone became stuck on access through GPRS/WAP.
I am definitively returning it for refund.

Hey I have a CECT S560 which just won’t charge. I bought it about two years ago but put it away after I was got hold of a newer samsung 2nd hand. Recently the samsung short-circuited, (left it in my sports bag with my swimming gear)and i tried to use the old phone but it JUST WON’T CHARGE!! It won’t go on either… Any ideas how I can get it to charge? I need a temp replacement until I can afford a new one.. The cable gets hot when I try charging it from my pc but nothing happens with the AC/USB adapter…
