    I am using CECT 929 (dual sim card) and I live at Indonesia, I am using Telkomsel network and ProXL Network (default in phone is cmnet and cmwap) . But I can not sett my phone, and I can not use my GPRS. Hope you send me how to sett her, and if you have, please send me file GPRS setting to my number.

  12. I bought a Cect S689 iphone and it did not come with a manual. Anyone know where I can get one? Also I am trying to set up my web features for my service provider and when I try to imput their password, It does not input it and just kicks me out to the main screen.   19. I bought a Q380A+, it came up with a manual but it is in Chinese. I also tried to activate the internet, mms/gprs settings but Globe and Smart says that those feature of this model/unit is not supported by their network. Also, I cannot find a volume control on it’s fm (radio) feature. Can anyone help me with those problems? In general I am satisfied with the performance of this model.

  24. I have the CECT i68+ in the USA on the t-moblie network and it works fine. The only problem with the phone is that i couldn’t find any games for it that will work. It’s also not set up for internet for the USA networks. There are instructions in E-Bay but i don’t know how good it is.

  27. HELLO I PURCHASED THE CECT C7000 QUAD BAND AND WHEN I TURN THE SPEAKERS ON THEY STILL DONT PLAY LOUD. THEY DONT EVEN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO. ALSO I HAVE ANOTHER ONE THAT WILL NOT CHARGE PROPERLY DUE TO BEING DROPPED WHAT SHOULD I DO.

  34. HELP! I live in Australi and am using a 8gb mini dual sim card phone. It has been working fine but I was playing around with it this morning and now it will not let me make outgoing calls. It keeps saying “Check operator service” however I am still able to recieve incoming calls and messages. What have I done!?

  43. I purchase a cect I9 phone for my granddaughter and recently her sister sat on it while charging. The phone worked until the batteries died and now the phone is dead. A new charger and cable where purchased through AT&T but the phone/batteries will not charge. Where can I send the phone to be repaired.

    I’m using a Cect i9 Phone. Now I have no access since my touch screen is not responding. All buttons are still responding and I have no problem receiving calls & SMSes but due to the touch screen not being able to respond, I can’t get into my main menu. I am in Singapore, where can I go to have my phone checked for fault and fixed?
    Please, this is URGENT since I have other things in the phone that I need urgent access to. Nothing happened to the phone prior to it becoming like this,… no water,… no knocks,… and it didn’t fall.

  48. Buyer beware! I purchased a new CECT A008. I was able to speak through the receiver in the phone when I first setup the phone. After plugging in the headset to listen to FM radio, I could no longer converse with anyone using the phone’s receiver. The headset had to be plugged in to be able to talk to anyone. I could not find any settings to change the default of talking on the phone from using the headset to using the built-in phone receiver.

  57. need help with speed dial for KA08 MINI dual sim phone.
    All works fine but when my wife put in speed dial numbers, there is no way to make them work! we tried holding down the number and using star and number sign plus number but nothing works. is thre some secret password for this? Do we have to wave it under a full moon?

    I’ve one CECT N528 mobile. From 20 november, 2008 to 15 june, 2009 it was ok but suddenly it has switched off day after mentioned above date. No problem it is now ok after repairing. My question is, if mentioned on this mobile that it is a GPRS & Tv mobile. So why i can’t access the internet & wap and also can’t watch the Tv. Please give me the proper solubuion. I hope as a valueable customer i’ll get proper soluation from you and please don’t deprive me from the facility of this mobile.

  68. My CECT T689, (software required) keeps restarting on and off constantly when i insert my sim card. When the sim card is not inserted it works fine. By restarting, the monitor turns on then i can use the phone for 3 seconds, then off again. This process repeats.
